What We Offer
Mountainside Real Estate is managing Winter Seasonal Rentals of on-mountain homes and condominiums for the 2014/2015 winter season. Lodging type sizes range from studio to four bedrooms and many offer convenient trailside access.
While most rentals run for the entire season, there are other options such as owner-shared, half-season or monthly rentals.
All property rentals require a signed lease. Our lease outlines the payment terms, including security deposit. The lessee/renter is responsible for the utilities and generally has the bills transferred to their name.
