Benefits of Ownership

Benefits of Ownership

Owning a resort home should be enjoyable and as carefree as you want it to be. Sugarloaf offers a variety of options for slopeside living. Ownership at Sugarloaf means access to a number of benefits including participation in the short-term rental program, lodging services and property management.

Sugarloaf is home away from home. The same comfort you feel there is here in our mountains. For that extra peace of mind, Sugarloaf employs a full-time, year-round Security staff to assist in fostering a safe community. Located on-site in the Village West, they monitor the entire resort as well as the town of Carrabassett Valley.
